Rice with chicken and veggies

Instructions

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Then rinse it with some cold water and keep it in a strainer after that.

Add the oil and onion to the pan on a low heat. Roast for 5-7 minutes.

Add diced bell pepper and carrot, stir on a low heat for another 10-15 minutes.

Empty the pan by taking out all the veggies. Add a little bit of oil to the pan. Put some chicken breasts in, roast on a low heat for 7-10 minutes.

To the roasted chicken add prepared veggies and rinsed rice, some salt, pepper and smoked paprika (you may want to add the salt in the end, after sneaking a taste of a finished dish with a soy sauce - it's a salt substitute). Cook for another two minutes on a medium heat.

Add soy sauce to the dish and stir it.

The dish is finished. Top it with some green onions and sesame
