Crispy salmon

Instructions

Rinse the salmon. Use some paper towel to dry it afterward.

Put the salmon on a pan using two pieces of aluminum foil. One of them to cover the pan, and a second one to wrap the fish. Use some salt and pepper.

In a cup grind together mustard, maple syrup, half of parsley, and half of thyme. Cover the salmon with our maple-mustard sauce.

In another cup combine breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, the other halves of parsley and thyme. Stir them well. Then add olive oil, and stir again. Sprinkle the salmon.

Now the fish is ready to be put into the oven at 360 F or 180 C. Cook wrapped into the foil for 15 minutes, and then unwrap it to cook for another 10 minutes. If the salmon pieces you have are thinner than those on the video, consider doing 10 and 7 minutes respectively.
