Add milk, gelatin and coffee to the pot. Stir for some time, and then leave it for 20 minutes letting the gelatin to swell.
Heat the mixture on the stove for gelatin to dissolve. No boiling! It's important for gelatin to keep its stickiness.
Combine some greek yogurt, cocoa and sugar (you can use the substitutes like honey or stevia). Add the gelatin mixture in. Stir it well, you could use a mixer.
Divide it into cups or small bawls (anything you have for the jelly), and put into the fridge. The dessert is ready in a couple of hours. You may want to use some chocolate сhip of cocoa powder to top it.
