Green Salad with Edamame & Beets

Instructions

Arrange greens, shelled, thawed edamame and peeled and shredded beet on a large plate. Whisk vinegar, chopped cilantro, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad and enjoy.
